General

  • What areas do you provide service?

    Currently at the moment we serve Connecticut in Fairfield, New Haven, and Harford counties, and New York in Westchester County, The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

  • What Services do you Offer?

    We clean residential apartment units (after the tenant moves out/before the tenant moves in), commercial cleaning, janitorial services, office cleaning, deep cleaning, junk removal, and painting.

  • Do you clean during or after business hours?

    We are available to clean anything 24/7.

  • Do You Offer Discounts for Recurring Cleanings?

    Yes we do! After the first clean, book us weekly for a 15% discount, twice a month for a 10% discount, or monthly for a 5% discount. Please note that recurring services must start no longer than 5 weeks after the first visit. 

  • Can I give specific instructions and ask for special requests?

    Yes absolutely, if you have any specific requests or instructions that would be important for our staff to know please email us at info@bcmbuildingsvcs.com or call our office at 212-470-7389 and we will be glad to accommodate your requests!

  • What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?

    Our employees all have previous job experience and have been trained to be professional and to properly clean to our high standards. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with their quality of work, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we will be back as soon as possible to get it just the way you want it. Our goal is for all our customers to be 100% happy with our performance.

  • Who Provides the Cleaning Supplies?

    We bring all of the cleaning supplies, including any larger size machines. If you would like us to use your supplies or appliances to clean we would certainly be able to do that as well. 

  • Do We Have To Sign a Contract?

    No, you do not have to sign a contract with us. If you would like to enter into a contractual agreement (businesses) we would be able to accommodate that and work out details at your request.

  • What is Your Cancellation Policy?

    We understand that life happens and certain events unexpectedly come up that will cause you to reschedule your appointment with us. Please do your best to inform us 24 hours ahead of time and we will issue you a full refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment is only partially refundable. Our cleaners are paid by the number of houses/businesses they clean and if there is a gap in their schedule at the last minute that we are unable to fill, it directly affects their income. *If you cancel due to illness we will provide a full refund.

  • How do I provide Feedback on my Cleanings?

Residential Cleaning

  • What type of residential properties do you clean?

    We currently clean vacant residential apartment units of any size, ranging from small studio size apartments, to multi story single family residences. Our residential cleaning services are ideal for landlords and building owners, or for someone who has just moved in/is moving out. We also clean the common areas of any residential multi-family building (lobbies, stairwells, hallways, etc)

  • How much Does It Cost to Get My House Cleaned?

    We do realize that every house is different and every clean is different. Therefore, the cost really does depend on the services provided during the visit. Commercial Cleaning

  • What types of Commercial Properties Do You Clean?

    We clean Apartment Buildings, Condo/Co-op Buildings, Office Buildings, Retail Stores, Shopping Centers, Restaurants/Bars, Financial Institutions, Fitness Centers, Salons/Barbershops, Places of Worship, Auditoriums/Arenas, Educational Facilities, Storage Facilities, Mixed Use Buildings, Auto Shops, and Industrial/Manufacturing facilities. 

  • How many people do you send to clean my Business/Building?

    We can send up to five people at the moment for the largest of projects, for smaller projects we can send just a single person. It is completely up to you how many people you would like us to send. If you are happy with our Cleaner’s services, we can continue to send the same crew every time.

  • Why Should I hire a professional cleaning company for my business/building?

    It is important to make a good impression on your customers, to keep a clean image of your business to everybody who works there, as well as to have a business/building that looks and smells great!  This increases your staff’s productivity and keeps your customers happy. After all, not many people prefer to visit or work in a dirty place, which decreases your businesses profitability and creates a negative image of your business. We are here to help you keep your building/ business clean. We are available during or after your business hours and are able to work productively  whether your staff and customers are around us or not. Our cleaners are professionally trained and we bring our own products so you will not have to worry about training any staff or keeping inventory on cleaning supplies, that's our job! 

  • What is your pricing for commercial/business cleaning?

    We believe that every business is unique and different and that every owner has different cleaning objectives they would like us to fulfill. Therefore, we will be able to prepare a custom quote specifically for your business.   • How will you enter my business?

    We can gain access to your business the way that you are most comfortable with. If we clean during your hours, simply open the door for us! If you would like us to clean after hours we can arrive right when you close, or you could give us a spare key and we could come during the night. Your spare key is coded and handled by management with care. We will lock all doors, and turn off all lights before leaving. Before the first appointment we will schedule an appointment to work out a plan that you are most comfortable with.

  • Will you clean during or after my business hours?

    We can clean your business or building whenever you would like us to as long as we have an availability. 

Janitorial Services

  • Are there different cleaning packages for clients to choose from?

    We offer custom janitorial services for all of our clients, and they are free to pick whichever services fit their particular business’ needs. It is not a one size fits all package, and every client of ours can freely pick which services they individually need. Therefore, pricing varies depending on which services we provide.

  • Which types of properties do you offer janitorial services for?

Trust & Safety

  • Are Your Cleaning Professionals Background Checked?

    As part of our hiring process, we do an extensive background check on all cleaners on both the state and federal level. All of our cleaning professionals are employees and not sub-contractors. 

  • Do your Cleaners Have Prior Cleaning Experience?

    Yes, all of our employees have had previous job experience in similar industries involving cleaning and routine maintenance. We check all references they give on their applications and only hire once we are certain they have prior experience and have knowledge of the industry. 

  • What is your breakage and loss policy?

    Sometimes accidents do happen, please contact us within 24 hours after your appointment if something has been misplaced or damaged. We will work with you to replace it. We send as few people as possible, so we know who to interview and get details from.

  • Are You Fully Insured?

    Yes, our company has insurance to protect both ourselves, and our customers. We will also provide an insurance certificate upon request.

Billing

  • How Do You Accept Payment?

    Currently, we accept either cash or check. Please make all checks payable to ‘BCM Building Services, LLC’

  • Should I Leave a Tip?

    If you are happy with our services, and would like to leave the cleaner a tip you are certainly welcome to do so. Tipping is very much appreciated by our cleaners.

  • When Is Payment Due?

    Payment is due once all services have been completed on the same day.
